WEALINS works in collaboration with advisory and financial professionals and its offering is designed for a wealthy international client base. We offer solutions for residents in Belgium, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

**Responsibilities**

Within the Client&Partner Services, you will strengthen the team in charge of managing contracts and monitoring relationships with our institutional partners, asset managers, and high-end clients in Nordic Countries.
- Represent an in-house cross-functional point of reference for our partners and clients regarding all administrative matters, based on the utmost professionalism, solid communication skills, and very good responsiveness.
- Ensure proper implementation of relationships with new partners in conjunction with the departments in charge of sales and development.
- Convey everyday special requests from clients and partners at the operational level by country, providing them with high-quality service.
- Dispatch these requests and participate in their monitoring with the company's other teams.

**Your profile**
- You hold a degree (Bac+3 or equivalent) preferably in Economy, Business Administration or Finance.
- You have a strong experience in the Cross-border Life Insurance sector (more than 3 years).
- You have some financial knowledge, particularly in the main types of assets and in investment funds.
- You have an analytical mind, are flexible, precise, organised and creative and enjoy establishing contacts.
- You are particularly effective in a team and in contributing innovative solutions, but you also know how to work independently.
- You speak fluently English and Finnish, any other Nordic language and French are considered as additional assets.
