The EU Amazon Logistics organization is looking for a customer focused, analytically and technically skilled senior business analyst to join our team.
This role is for an experienced, motivated, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-centric S&OP professional. The person has a solid delivery record to own and implement strategic, cross-functional projects.
Key job responsibilities
- Deliver key actionable insights on how to optimize S&OP planning for AMZL accounting for the end to end flow of packages right across the Amazon supply chain
- Improve communication flows between all operational partners to optimize customer experience and cost where gaps exist in planning functions in the operations verticals of fulfilment, middle mile and AMZL
- Contingency management: Acting as the supply chain captain during severe events (Weather/Protests/Road Blockages, etc...) to mitigate the impact on customers through the implementation of protective measures and and recovery plans.
- Serve as a liaison between operations organizations and supply chain teams. This position involves regular communication with high level (L8+) stakeholders in the AMZL supply chain and operations organizations.
