**Mission**

In support of the Corporate Governance and Internal Policies team, the consultant will provide the following services:

- Training Delivery: Provide training to IMT alternates, covering basic IMT principles, the client’s BCP framework, and procedures in person at the client’s premises
- Tabletop Exercise Development: Design and deliver a practical tabletop exercise based on a realistic scenario that engages all functional areas of the IMT
- Documentation and Reporting: Provide training materials, exercise documentation, and a post-exercise report summarizing key learning points, areas for improvement, and any follow-up actions

**Deliverables**

The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following deliverables:

- Training Materials: Comprehensive training deck covering IMT and BCP basics as per the client’s BCP policies and procedures for 8 people
- Tabletop Exercise: Develop and deliver a scenario-based tabletop exercise with realistic injects to facilitate discussion and learning
- Post-Exercise Report: A comprehensive report summarizing the exercise, key findings, and recommendations for further improvement

**Skills**

Technical skills:

- More than 6 years of experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management
- Experience in designing and delivering tabletop exercises
- Familiarity with Emergency Teams’ structures and BCP frameworks
- Excellent knowledge of financial institutions and comparable public institutions’ practices

Soft skills:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively
