This is a hands in position, and you will work with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions using agile software development practices as required.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Develop software in a distributed, service-oriented environment.
- Leverage software design patterns and development tools to ensure quality, security and scalability.
**Your work environment**:
You will join an international team of young passionate people dedicated to building the best online medical service offering in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, and Switzerland. The position is based at our headquarters in Luxembourg. English proficiency in writing and speaking is a must have.

- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Good understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting with JavaScript and Typescript
- Attentive to details and eager to produce quality code. SonarCloud, Snyk and other code quality/code coverage tools have no secret for you.
- Good understanding of automated test tools, especially Jest, testing-library and Cypress
- Good understanding of **React, **Next.js, **TailwindCSS and Webpack**.**:
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling with Rest APIs.
- Experience with state managers like Redux, Zustand, and/or the React Context API.
- Have already built libraries of components based on React. You have used tools like Storybook before.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as **git**:
- Good understanding of page loading optimizations and working with tools like Lighthouse
- Knowledge of older frameworks like AngularJS and jQuery is a plus.
