**How will you contribute?**:
You will be part of the HR Department specifically the Diversity & Inclusion group.

Missions of the D&I projects are to raise awareness for diversity, inclusion, and gender equity aspects, to improve the roadmap to a diverse and inclusive corporate culture, and to implement and update gender equality actions.

You will support the D&I Officer in building, launching and driving cultural initiatives and programs that promote diversity, equity and inclusion. The focus of this internship will be on communication activities.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist the D&I Officer in the implementation and execution of projects related to the organization's D&I initiatives.
- Assist in internal and external communication, in collaboration with LIST communications team
- Work on D&I initiatives and programs, which includes working with other HR groups as the, HR Projects, Talent Acquisition and the L&D team.
- Provide administrative support to D&I workshops, trainings, and group meetings.

An internship report is expected at the end of the training period.

**Are you a Bachelor/Master student in one of the following disciplines: Communication, Marketing, Diversity studies, multicultural communication/intercultural studies, psychology.

Is this internship mandatory part of the training program of the degree course?

Do you have good level both written and spoken English and French? As a plus, do you manage some Luxembourgish and/or German?
