Join us as a Digital Project Manager Trainee and work side-by-side with our internal teams driving digital transformation. You’ll get to coordinate real projects, work with different teams, and develop the skills to launch your career in tech or business.

**What You’ll Do**

Forget theory — here’s what you’ll be doing from day one:

- Help run IT projects that make things faster, smarter, and better across KPMG
- Write project plans, track progress, and keep everyone in the loop
- Team up with people across different departments to collect input and shape solutions
- Spot roadblocks early and help keep everything moving
- Jump into meetings, take notes, share ideas
- Research challenges and pitch your own solutions
- Support budget tracking and resource planning
- Share regular updates with the project leads

**What We’re Looking For**
We don’t expect you to know everything — just come ready to learn, contribute, and grow.

You are:

- Enrolled in a degree in IT, Business, Project Management or something similar
- Doing a mandatory internship as part of your studies of at least 5 months.
- Curious about tech and how digital projects get delivered
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint — extra points for MS Project
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Bonus points if you speak other languages (like French).
- Organized, motivated, and a natural team player
- Someone who’s not afraid to raise their hand and try something new
