**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?
The Head of Product Management is responsible for leading the design of new products and the launch of new markets with a focus on the constant research of new angles of innovation for the existing products in order to identify the growth opportunities for the company. The Head of Product Management plays a critical oversight role in ensuring that regulatory, legal, tax, financial, operational and distribution aspects are covered in all the development and life cycle phases of the product.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
**Globally**:
The organization and the lead of cross-company project teams in the development, implementation, documentation of all phases of new individual products and product enhancements. It will be necessary to partner closely with other areas of the company to ensure successful and timely implementation of product deliverables.

**Specifically**:

- New product & market development:

- Participate in the development of product concepts and market entry strategies;
- Identify, research and evaluate product developments and growth opportunities;
- Develop business cases and implementation plans for selected new product categories;
- Develop complete solutions, including market requirements, product specifications and value propositions.
- Support the build out of the company investment platform.
- Ensure the adherence to the Product Oversight Governance (POG) policy and procedure in all the product related tasks. Value for Money analysis for new and existing products.

Product maintenance: Monitor the product life-cycle to ensure alignment with market requirements, regulatory changes and business needs. Responsible of the product reviews and of the reporting and follow-up of any related issues.Product and Digital Documentation: Coordinate, create and update the product documentation for end clients as well as create and maintain the electronic forms. Production and maintenance of PRIIPs docs included.**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Head of Product Management?
- At least 10-15 years’ experience, ideally in developing and maintaining insurance solutions that complement the financial planning needs of high and ultra-high net worth individuals across Europe and other key international growth markets.
- Proven experience in dealing with an international clientele and partners, demonstrating ability to work across markets.
- Solid understanding of insurance fundamentals, including the pricing and underwriting processes; working experience with reinsurers.
- Creative thinker, driven to achieve successful solutions while continuously displaying commercial awareness.
- An excellent oral and written communicator and project manager, both in-house and when working with external business partners.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as within a team and to prioritise tasks.
- Strong team leadership experience.
- Attention to detail, flexibility and ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
- Fluent in English. Additional European languages would be considered an asset. Master’s degree in business, economics or law.
