**Head of Humanities Faculty**
Permanent role, Full Time
Required for August 2025
**Job Purpose**:
This is a demanding and varied position where you need to have a genuine passion of educating children. We are looking for a strong desire and commitment to ignite our pupil's curiosity in developing their knowledge, skills, understanding through leading teaching practices and methods.
**You will**:
- Be a qualified teacher.
- Have prior experience of leading a department/faculty or feel ready to take on leadership.
- Operate at all times within the stated policies and practices of the school.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of good practice in teaching techniques.
- Take account of wider curriculum developments.
- Communicate learning objectives.
- Undertake professional development to enhance teaching and students' learning and share outcomes with colleagues.
- Communicate to students the requirements of e-safety.
