**Main responsibilities**:
- SAP business process support on current and new projects (LSP upgrade, MDG project for Europe,...)
- Link between business process and IT Long Europe SAP
- Participate in business re-engineering projects to provide the SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) know-how
- SAP SD helpdesk and SAP troubleshooting
- Contact point for all Sections & Merchant Bars and Sheet Piles order managers for master data issues of SAP problem
- Creation of IT tickets
- Supporting IT in issues resolution in SAP SD regarding master data
- Master Data tasks in the order management process
- Maintain customers keys, material keys, grade keys, characteristics keys, payment terms keys, incoterms keys, sales documents outputs,...
- Follow-up on the procedures process
- Ensure monthly customers SOx procedure
- Leverage/PSI customer feedback management
- Provide SAP documentation
- Identify user needs/understand business flows
- Write user manuals for the master data base management
**Profile**
- Education
- Bac +3 or equivalent experience
- Interest for IT systems and logístical material flows required
- Soft skills
- Leadership and team spirit
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility and results oriented
- Stress resistant, quick reactivity requested.
- Technical skills
- Minimum 3 years experience as SAP Key User or equivalent function
- Expertise in functional analysis
- Knowledge of SAP modules SD, MM
- Other SAP modules PSI/Leverage/LSP + familiarity with MES/Offer Tool is an advantage
- Language proficiency:
- French and English mandatory
- Luxembourgish, German and other european languages are an advantage
