Main tasks/responsibilities are to:

- Undertake quantitative research on well-being efficiency and its determinants;
- Contribute to working papers, executive summaries, and short articles on well-being in Luxembourg, alone and in comparative perspective, over time and across countries;
- Disseminate research findings to the scientific community and wider audiences, including public officials and policy makers; and
- Participate in a collaborative research environment, such as outreach activities, team meetings, and seminars.

We seek someone with the following traits:

- Knowledge of techniques for the analysis of productivity. Knowledge of frontier and computational methods are an asset;
- Good organisational skills, intrinsically motivated, and able to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English - the working language of STATEC Research; French and/or German is an advantage.
