Un contrat à durée indéterminée dans l'une des plus grandes organisations de services bancaires et financiers au monde. Notre client est un employeur important au Luxembourg et exerce plusieurs activités, notamment la gestion d'actifs, les services de titres, la banque privée et la banque d'affaires.
**Description**

Rôle et responsabilités:
Sous la responsabilité du directeur principal des services fiduciaires et de dépôt, vous serez chargé de gérer la conformité aux directives d'investissement des fonds, aux décisions politiques internes du conseil d'administration ainsi qu'aux restrictions réglementaires locales et étrangères.

Vos principales responsabilités consisteront à surveiller l'adhésion au cadre réglementaire du secteur des fonds, aux documents constitutionnels et contractuels et à superviser le contrôle automatisé et manuel de la conformité aux restrictions d'investissement.

En outre, vous participerez à l'interprétation des restrictions d'investissement et proposerez une analyse des nouvelles lois et réglementations applicables aux clients.
**Profile**

Expérience et compétences requises:

- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le secteur des fonds d'investissement ;
- Diplôme universitaire en finance ou équivalent ;
- L'expérience d'un système de contrôle de conformité des investissements (MIG 21/CRD) est un avantage certain ;
- Expérience de la surveillance du respect du cadre réglementaire de l'industrie des fonds ;
- Excellente connaissance pratique de la réglementation du secteur des valeurs mobilières et des fonds, avec un accent particulier sur le secteur des fonds communs de placement offshore ;
- Être familier avec l'environnement d'une société de services financiers spécialisée dans les services de fonds UCITS, et les exigences de la fonction de conformité des fonds ;
- Capacité à communiquer ;
- Capacité à planifier et à organiser la charge de travail afin de respecter les délais, en tenant compte des priorités relatives ;
- Excellentes compétences informatiques ;
- Anglais courant indispensable, la connaissance du français ou d'autres langues européennes serait un avantage.
