You will be part of the tax team and, after a certain settling-in period, you will be responsible for providing ongoing and **practice-related advice to domestic and foreign clients on issues of tax, corporate and civil law.** In doing so, **you will work closely and in an interdisciplinary manner** with tax advisors, management consultants and legal colleagues.

They have modern offices located in the **north of Luxemburg**, **not far from the Belgian-Luxembourg border**. They are looking for a **lawyer on a part-time or full-time basis**.

In-house counsel
- Your tasks:

- You will collaborate closely and cross-disciplinary with the company's financial advisors, business advisors, and legal team members
- You will give day-to-day advice and guidance of domestic and international customers on issues relating to tax law, corporate law, and civil law
- You will draft succession, corporate agreements, such as shareholders' agreements, takeover agreements, franchise agreements, share sale agreements, etc.
- You will oversee both national and international business restructurings etc.

In-house counsel - Your profile:

- You are fluent in **French**, **English **and **German is a plus**:

- Successfully completed university or **master's degree in law**, preferably with a tax focus
- You have affinities for general and business topics with excellent analytical skills, which enable you to quickly process complex issues
- You are client-oriented manner and enjoy working in a team, solution-oriented and empathetic personality with a self-reliant and structured way of working
- You have excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility and commitment
