We are looking for a

**Junior Commercial Project Controlling Support (M/F/d)**

You will support the Commercial Contract Management team in Luxembourg in the execution of their daily tasks. In your function, you will work as well in close collaboration with our controlling team.

**Your main tasks**:

- Plan and update the projects in our ERP system
- Support the project reporting activities and maintain commercial follow-up reports
- Maintenance of project portfolio lists
- Creation and monitoring of project billing plans
- Preparation and maintenance of project structures in ERP
- Plan and control the projects costs in ERP system
- Manage cash-flow plans
- Record project deviations in relevant systems
- Keep-up to date our project databases.

**What do we expect?**
- Commercial educational background
- Feel comfortable in handling numbers and foreign currencies
- Be an expert in Excel
- Knowledge in ERP systems would be considered as an advantage
- Well organised, motivated and dynamic
- Good communication skills, high commitment and accuracy
- Fluency in English; German and/or French language skills are considered as an advantage.
