**Job Description**:
Corporate Officer - Real Assets
If you are a bright, energetic and enthusiastic corporate professional, our client, a leader in real estate fund services is looking for you to join them as a key member of their leading team of corporate officers. The client has a city based office, with some flexible working, but a good sense of team spirit.
In this role you will:
- Assist a Senior Corporate Officer on all legal and corporate matters for client companies, from company incorporation through to dissolution
- Assist the team with closing transactions, the preparation of various documents, maintaining statutory records and client files
- Communicate with third parties such as clients, advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, etc.
- Service periodic board meetings of client companies
- Be involved in preparation of agendas, take minutes and pursue matters arising
- Handle statutory filings and notifications
- File legal and other documents, maintain the database
Liaising with stakeholders to ensure KYC is complete
To be considered for the role, you will:
- Be a graduate in business and/or corporate law.
- Have at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, either in house or with a service provider
- Have a can-do attitude, be organised and a good team player
- Ideally have some experience in private equity or real estate asset class administration
