Stagiaire Service Quality Management (M/F)

Vous êtes actuellement étudiant(e) en Informatique, Management ou gestion des Achat/Supplier Quality ou équivalent et êtes à la recherche d’un stage ou d’une alternance de 6 à 12 mois. Vous avez déjà une première expérience dans le domaine ou cherchez à en acquérir une sur ce type de poste.

Vous souhaitez intégrer une équipe de service Quality Management afin d’être formé aux concepts et de rencontrer les différents acteurs du Service Management Informatique du Groupe Lombard Odier.

On vous décrit comme étant une personne ayant une excellente communication écrite ainsi qu’une appétence pour les environnements dynamiques et un intérêt pour les technologies informatiques. Vous maitrisez Excel pour l’analyse des statistiques et PowerPoint et vous parlez anglais.

Votre Mission

Au sein de l’équipe en charge de la Gestion des Incidents Informatique, des Problèmes et du Test (Availability Management) les missions principales du stagiaire sont:
Contribuer à l’analyse de la qualité du service rendu à nos clients internes et externes

Calculer les Key Perfomance Indicators (KPIs) mensuels et analyser les déviations par rapport au niveau de service attendu.

Préparer et participer les réunions et présentations, au coeur de la relation client

Créer un support de présentation sur les activités de l’équipe Availability Management dans le cadre des actions de communication de l’équipe Availability auprès des autres équipes de Lombard Odier, et notamment des nouveaux arrivants

Présenter dans le cadre de l’amélioration continue de nos activités, au terme de votre stage un bilan de vos observations et de vos suggestions pour accroitre la qualité du support fourni aux clients.
