**Job Description**:
**As Compliance and Risk Administrative Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Product Compliance and Risk and liaise with relevant stakeholders on a Group level to** ensure that our product portfolio and the underlying operations meet regulatory requirements, industry standards and develop according to the Group product compliance and risk management program.**

**You will take care of executive administrative duties, maintain continuous cross-company communication and coordinate with cross-functional project teams to ensure that the product compliance and risk management related operational and IT projects are delivered according to expectations.**

**Tasks**
- Coordination with various stakeholders across the Group in relation to compliance and risk management projects.
- Acting as Group level main point of contact for all product compliance and risk management related initiatives.
- Administrative duties supporting the Head of Product Compliance and Risk.
- Understanding business preferences and priorities to offer efficient support for senior executives.
- Excellent calendar management with strong attention to precision and detail.
- Leading and coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings, maintaining relationships among key people to facilitate Group level collaboration.
- Manage inquiries quickly, proactively, and follow through on tasks to successful completion.
- Preparing reports - analyzing data, writing summaries, visualizing results - of various ad-hoc and recurring compliance and risk management initiatives.
- Value adding participation in cross-department and cross-company projects according to clear guidelines and well-defined responsibilities.
- Responsible for making sure that the Group level product compliance and risk management roadmap is on track, and any deviations are presented to the Head of Product Compliance and Risk.
- Following up any major compliance and risk management related organizational developments and supporting the proper adaption of changes across the Group.
- Developing and maintaining a high level of product, procedures, policies, and operations knowledge of the Group.
- Staying informed about changes in compliance regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced (C1-C2) English skills, in particular writing. B2+ level French is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or project management and 2+ years of experience in IT project management or 5+ years of experience in IT project management or 5+ years of experience as executive assistant within the field of IT
- Prior experience with user generated content platforms or high-risk products and digital business industries is a significant advantage
- Experience managing IT compliance, risk management or legal projects is a plus
- Great attention to detail and precision; carrying out tasks according to strict specifications
