Your role, as Technical Service and EHS Manager, will be to manage the Maintenance, Energy & Fluids, Engineering & Environment-Hygiene-Safety departments with the following accountabilities:
- To build & follow preventive and corrective maintenance tasks (equipments & industrial buildings)
- To purchase and manage the spare parts (strategic and non-strategic)
- To organize outsourcing interventions
- To follow and train operators/technicians
- To ensure the supply of energy & fluids (quality and quantity specs)
- To purchase CO2, aux. mat and chemicals
- To respect the budget of the maintenance / people (FIC) and the budget for E&F (VIC)
- To follow the KPI’s of energy/CO2 (MCRS)
- To lead energy/CO2 improvement projects and maintenance projects (CAPEX)
- To lead EHS routines & initiatives (MCRS)
- To implement the risks management in order to avoid EHS non-compliance
- To implement all 7 VPO pillars in your scope
