**Job description**:
The joining relocation consultant will accompany our clients by managing all the aspects related to their installation to Luxembourg. He/She will collaborate with the team to ensure LuxRelo is providing consistently excellent services and that each relocation goes smoothly.

The person will perform a mix of office administration and direct relationship on the road with the expats.

**The ideal person for the position is a flexible problem-solver with superb communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.**

**Multitasking and the unique ability to deftly handle the unexpected are essential qualities to bring to the position.**

**Tasks and Responsabilities of the Relocation Consultant**:

- Be the trustful point of contact in Luxembourg to support the expats and their families through their relocation process.
- Liaise with the local authorities, estate agencies, schools / creches and other third parties
- Organize and accompany the assignees to find a home that meets their individual requirements
- Assist for the settling-in (bank account, insurance, internet and advice on day-to-day life in Luxembourg)
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as immigration, registration, health scheme, family benefits, driving licence, tax card
- Keep up to date on local knowledge as well as expatriate issues in the international community including housing market, international schools, leisures, health system, administrative processes, public transportation.

**Skills and Qualifications of the Relocation Consultant**
- Bilingual french / english - any extra languages is an asset
- Live in Luxembourg and have a knowledge of the country
- Experience of living or working abroad is an advantage
- Customer focused and empathy to feel the needs of the expats with ability to manage priorities
- Open minded and interested in other cultures
- Dynamic and neat appearance
- Ability to multitask and manage time wisely to keep the relocation processes thriving at peak efficiency
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proven administrative experience
- Ability to being both process focused and service oriented
- Be trustful, organized, methodical, details oriented and rigorous
- Ability to manage stress and be reactive
- Ability to handle challenging situations and find solutions
- Comfortable handling confidential information, diplomatic, and ability to assist high level customers
- Team spirit and ability to work independently
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new software and systems

Previous experience in:

- Hospitality Industry
- BTS commerce international, communication
- Business administration or related field
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid Driving licence and good driving experience

**Working conditions**
- Monthly salary of 3000 € to be discussed according to skills and experience
