**Working at NTT**

The HR Intern will integrate a dynamic and business-oriented HR team that manages all aspects of HR within the company. Through this internship will get more familiar with the different domains of the Human Resources Management. These will be your main duties:

- Participation on the project for Financing of the companies training costs by the Luxembourgish Government
- Participation in the recruitment of interns and employees
- Participation in personnel administration
- Participation in the organization of internal events
- Participation in career plan reviews

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS**:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- A first relevant experience (internship, summer job...) in the HR field is as asset
- Languages:

- Fluency in French and English
- Any other languages are an asset
