Our crèches and day care centres offer a solid educational foundation for children aged 0 to 12, built on caring practices and positive pedagogy.

**As part of our expansion, we are recruiting an Operations Director to manage and optimise the operational performance of our facilities.**

As the right-hand man of the General Management, and in collaboration with all the Group's support departments (finance, HR, marketing, technical, etc.), you will be responsible for the performance, quality of service and smooth day-to-day running of our facilities and the support team at head office.

As such, your main tasks will be:
**Operational and managerial management**:

- Supervising all the Group's structures (day-to-day management, regulatory compliance, continuity of service).
- Manage the structure managers (managerial support, performance targets, skills development, etc.).
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

**Monitoring and optimising performance**:

- In conjunction with the Finance and Marketing teams,
- Monitor and analyse monthly reports on key indicators:

- Occupancy rate of facilities
- Lead transformation rate (from contact to enrolment)
- Absenteeism rate, staff turnover
- Monitor performance and operating costs per facility
- Family satisfaction and quality of care
- Analyse discrepancies and propose corrective action plans.
- Working with the marketing team to optimise facility occupancy and the customer experience (families).
- Provide a consolidated monthly budgetary overview of the facilities and help to achieve profitability targets.

**Development and strategy**:

- Participating in defining and deploying the Group's operational strategy in the structures and at head office.
- Technical management and building safety in collaboration with the manager:

- Supervises the technical team responsible for maintenance and work on the facilities (minor works, preventive and corrective maintenance, building safety).
- Prioritising requests for work from facility managers and ensuring that the technical teams are responsive.
- Ensuring compliance with standards and the conformity of facilities (fire safety, accessibility, hygiene).
- Supervising the kitchen (quality, team and budgets).

**Profile required**
- Higher education (Bac+4/5) in management
- Proven experience (5 years minimum) in a similar position (e.g. network coordinator with quantified objectives, etc.), ideally in a multi-site network (retail, medical-social, etc.).
- Ability to implement action plans
- Taste for managing with figures, analytical mind and sense of prioritisation.
- Ability to unite teams around clear, achievable objectives.
- Ability to adapt, flexibility and discretion
- Mastery of reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM or BI tools appreciated).
- Knowledge of regulatory issues relating to the early childhood sector is considered an asset.
