KPMG Luxembourg is looking for Learning & Development Team Leader (M/F/n)

**What you will be working on**:

- Managing a team of L&D professionals focusing on technical and soft skills trainings as well as professional qualifications and certifications.
- With the team, planning, designing and delivering training programs for KPMG professionals.
- Collaborating with Talent Business Partners and cross-functional partners to identify training and certification needs and translate them into development solutions.
- Monitoring and managing the quality of training delivery and relationships with training delivery partners and making improvements as needed.
- Leading our KPMG New Joiners induction program to make them operational in their job and to offer them the best-in-class employee experience.
- Leading and coaching the team in meeting the key priorities of the L&D function while working to meet deliverables with a client-orientation mindset.
- Working closely with KPMG network to align our L&D strategy.
- Establishing networks and build a relationship with internal customers, stakeholders and team members within the organization.
- Delivering Leadership and Behavioral training programs.
- Participating in goal setting, coaching and conduct performance reviews.
- Adjusting quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid change.
- Participating in organizational change efforts.

**What we look for**:

- Sound experience focused largely in the Learning & Development function of an international firm preferably in a big 4 or with any Consulting firm.
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, professional maturity, analytical, time and project management, and presentation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, client service mindset
- Ability to analyze training needs and design programs to meet those needs.
- Extensive experience in training design, development, delivery and post-training evaluation.
- Possess strong and demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills and be able to handle multiple audiences.
- Familiarity with a variety of training methodologies including e-Learning and blended learning.
- Strong experience in managing projects in the L&D function and talent management.
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills. French or German is considered as an asset
- Ability to look for solutions to meet business needs with high responsiveness and the development of initiatives.
- Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success in L&D.
- Have working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
