**Job Description**:
As part of the GSC Treasury Operations in Luxembourg, you will be at the heart of corporate treasury processes, including but not limited to processing weekly payment batches, intercompany loan portfolio management, and bank statement reconciliation.

Eurofins has recently set up a Treasury Management System, of which you will be the key user in Luxembourg. You will play a critical role in the validation of the transactions and Master Data input in this system. Other projects (cash management including cash-pool, Bank Communication Tool, TMS implementation project, end-user training etc.) may require your input, as determined by the Group Treasury Operations Manager and the Treasury Systems Manager.

**Role & Objectives**:
Aiding the Group Treasury Operations Manager in daily operations, more specifically:
1) Cash Management Monitoring
- Assist in monitoring and managing cash levels for Luxembourgish companies
- Assist in ad hoc requests for Treasury-related topics (subsidiaries, accounting, audit, legal department, etc.)
- Be a general point of contact for cash-related topics
- Assist in following up on, validating, reconciling, and managing intercompany loans

2) Cash Management Execution
- Assist with bank statement reconciliation in the Treasury Management System (TMS)
- Support weekly and exceptional payment batches (including FX deals and request of legal documentation)

3) Administration

Be the second point of contact for all bank-related topics in Luxembourg (KYC, Bank Account opening, etc.)
- Maintain all bank related documents (access rights, opening new accounts, etc.)
- Assist in describing and optimising treasury processes

4) Month-end processes
- Update all rates in the Treasury Management System (TMS)
- Proceed with monthly intercompany reconciliation of Cash Pool and Deposit balances
- Calculate, distribute, and pay Cash Pool and Deposit interests
- Complete documents related to payment batches

5) Back the Group Treasury System Manager in TMS implementation project, more specifically:

- Maintain internal documents (training, user manual, process documents, etc.)
- Prepare Bank Documents for SWIFT/SCORE contracts

7) Be a key user of the Treasury Management System (TMS) for end-users during the implementation project:

- Be the first point of contact for TMS end-users’ operational questions
- Guide the fixing of operational issues with TMS Support Operational Team
- Back the fixing of technical issues with TMS Support IT Team
- Back the scoping phase for change requests in the TMS or for external tools

8) Treasury policies and best practice sharing:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of all treasury-related Group guidelines (update internal documentations, change management - including training of final users).

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Student (or just graduated) at a Business School or Engineering School, or following a Master’s degree with a major in Treasury/Finance.

**Languages**: Excellent English; French is a plus.

**Personal skills**: Attention to detail; good organisational skills and ability to multitask; autonomous; determined; curious; happy to challenge the status quo; strong administrative, reporting, analytical and communication skills.

**Technical knowledge/IT**: A first internship in a cash management, financing, financial audit or consulting position in corporate finance, or a strong background on cash management or financing topics required (cash pool, treasury systems, internal financing). Strong Excel skills. Experience in financial tool administration is a plus.
