- **Compliance team members** in their mission, i.e. ensuring compliance of the Luxembourg management company and its European branches with all applicable rules.**Your role**:

- To provide assistance for some administrative tasks linked to maintenance of registration, team meeting minutes, compliance log completion, signature lists, incoming mails, organization chart
- To report conclusion of controls in relevant tool
- To contribute to personal account dealing review
- To perform some compliance second level checks (e.g. complaints handling, regulatory watch, AML pre-analysis,)
- To collect data and prepare relevant exports for compliance second level reviews (e.g. oversight of distributors, 1st of defense AML, transfer agent)
- Review / drafting of branches manuals + prepare slides
- Training: Update training matrix / Maintain the training program and monitor progress / Organize new joiners training / AML e-learning (periodic refresher)
- To prepare reporting such as AML KPIs, reporting to the Group, the Regulator
- To prepare files for audit
- KIT (intranet PAM) update
- To provide assistance to other members of the Pictet AM Europe Compliance team
- To promote a positive compliance culture within Pictet AM Europe

**Your profile**:

- Legal background a plus;
- University degree in Law, Economy or Finance;
- Knowledge or high interest in Compliance and AML matters;
- Good oral and written communications skills;
- Fluent in English and French.
