**_ Assistant Manager_**_ - Your Role :_**
- ** Compliance Management**: Overseeing daily compliance activities to ensure accurate reporting and resolve issues.
- ** Investor Due Diligence**: Reviewing onboarding and due diligence of client structures and investors.
- ** Risk Monitoring**: Conducting daily screenings and reviewing transaction reports for high-risk activities.
- ** Audit and Process Support**: Assisting in audits, enhancing compliance systems, and updating policies.
- ** Client Assistance**: Addressing client inquiries with timely, accurate reporting
**_ Assistant Manager_**_ - Your Profile:_**
- A **Bachelor's** or Master's degree in finance or law.
- At least **2 years** of experience in fund compliance in Luxembourg.
- Strong knowledge of **AIFMD, CSSF Circulars**, and compliance in Luxembourg's fund sector.
- Proficiency in **French and English**, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
