**Distribution Continuous Improvement, Specialist - in Asset Management**

We are looking for someone who will integrate a new team within Distribution and, while working independently on different projects/tools, who is a team player and who will support and assist the team to run the daily activities.

You’re skilled in learning quickly new processes/tools and innovative.

**The team**

You will be part of the Distribution Continuous Improvement team of the SIM EU Distribution team and will work closely with the Client Service Manager and the Monitoring Oversight teams with Distribution as well as with the Change team in Luxembourg and the Project teams in London.

**What you’ll do**
- Support in developing and testing new functionalities and new tools to improve/strengthen the processes within Distribution
- Review and draft the working instructions
- Monitor the sanity checks of the different database and issues raised by the users of the different tools
- Follow up the launch of the various questionnaires, monitor the responses received and their maintenance
- Provision of all MI/reporting data for management reporting
- Support to the teams to help them to use new tools / user support
- Production of the SDC deck: agenda and standard presentation

**The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need**
- Excellent organisational skills and capability to work independently, under pressure and with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory
- Good written and verbal communications skills
