The MS Staffing Specialist takes responsibility for the overall staffing of client contracts.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
- Align with partners to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
- Conduct telephone and in-person interviews supported by relevant NTT expertise.
- Negotiate with Clients selling price
- Lead and contribute to various local and global projects to improve the processes and capabilities of the team.
- Contribute to Request for Proposal for all staffing-related matters, prepare offers, and close frame agreements.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes**:

- Strong commercial acumen combined with a responsive and Client facing approach.
- A systematic approach with the ability to work to key targets/SLAs, under pressure and within tight timelines with multiple vacancies to source.
- Able to plan, coordinate and prioritize activities successfully to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence, work with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Fluent in Dutch and French. English speaking and writing level need to be very good.
- A good technical background of our portfolio (both product & services related) would be a nice plus.
