Our client is an in-house PE firm currently recruiting for a corporate assistant to join their team in Luxembourg. This role reports to an experienced Corporate Manager and handles a various range of administrative and corporate tasks. A perfect opportunity to learn in a fast growing company and expend your skills on the client side.

**_ Responsibilities_**_:_

  • Day to day Management of document execution process from A to Z.
  • Liaising with Lawyers and filing all relevant legal documents (electronically and physically, as needed).
  • Assisting in the organization of board and shareholder meetings.
  • Maintenance of shareholder and RBE registers (and related LBR filings), internal databases and filing annual account approvals with the LBR.
  • Assisting with other _ad hoc _administrative projects as necessary (legalisations, KYC requests, etc.).

**_Requirements_**_:_

  • 2+ years of Luxembourg experience in trust, fund, fiduciary, or Law firm, performing paralegal tasks.
  • Relevant experience handling corporate secretary, or full life cycle and administration of Luxembourg entities.
  • Preference for a Legal degree.
  • Fluent English, German, and French are a plus.
