**What you'll do**
- Conduct high volume inbound and outbound phone calls with potential and existing customers.
- Contact pre-qualified customers to identify their funding needs and present tailored solutions.
- Present loan offers, explain terms clearly, and support smooth settlements.
- Manage a growing sales pipeline with accuracy, organisation, and timeliness.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.

**Who we're looking for**

**Must-Haves**:

- Comfortable being on the phone talking with customers
- A natural ability to connect with people and build quick relationships
- Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Experience with SME or financial services (e.g. lending, banking, insurance, or related).
- Previous success in a commission-driven environment.
