**YOUR ROLE**

In this role, you will be part of the infrastructure team to assist them in the configuration, maintenance in a Microsoft environment. You will work closely also of the Packager team for assembling, packing, and labeling products in accordance with company standards:

- Prepare and package products according to specifications.
- Label and seal packages accurately.
- Provide end-user support for Windows-related issues, including software installations, access rights, and connectivity problems due to the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
- Support Group Policy administration under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and incident resolutions.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology with at least 2 years of experience in an Operations Engineers Team;
- 2 years of experience in a Windows System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of scripting with Powershell.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.
- Strong team spirit and customer-oriented mindset;
- Fluency in English and a good command in French.
