**Description du poste**:
Vous intègrerez l’équipe Customer Service sous la responsabilité du Team Leader.
**Vos tâches principales**:
- Traiter et gérer les demandes clients ;
- Faire le lien avec le service commercial pour la partie devis et chiffrage et encoder les offres validées et signées ;
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié pour toutes demandes clients ;
- Apporter spontanément des informations concernant les services proposés par l’entreprise ;
- Assurer le suivi commercial des offres ; et
- Participer activement à l’amélioration continue du service au client.
**Votre profil**:
- Vous disposez d’une formation supérieure générale (min bac) et vous avez une appétence pour les sujets techniques ;
- Vous possédez une expérience d’au moins 3 années dans la gestion de clients/ support clients/assistanat commercial, et vous avez la culture client en vous ;
- Vous maitrisez le français et l’allemand, le luxembourgeois est considéré comme un atout ;
- Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé avec un grand sens du détail ;
- Vous êtes doté d’un excellent relationnel combiné à une bonne résistance au stress ; et
- Vous combinez proactivité et orientation solution ;
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques.
