Within the Client&Partner Services department, you will strengthen the team which is in charge of managing insurance contracts and monitoring relationships with our institutional partners and high-end clients in Nordic Countries.

**Your missions**:

- Represent an in-house cross-functional point of reference for our partners and clients regarding all administrative matters, based on the utmost professionalism, solid communication skills, and very good responsiveness.
- Ensure proper implementation of relationships with new partners in conjunction with the departments in charge of sales and development.
- Deal with requests from clients and partners at the operational level, providing them with high-quality service.
- Dispatch these requests and participate in their monitoring with the company's other teams.

**Your profile**:

- You hold at lease a bachelor degree preferably in Economy, Business Administration or Finance.
- You have some financial knowledge, particularly in the main types of assets and in investment funds.
- You have an analytical mind, are flexible, precise, organised and creative and enjoy establishing contacts.
- You are particularly effective in a team and in contributing innovative solutions, but you also know how to work independently.
- You speak English, **any Nordic language is a must (Finnish/ Swedish, Norwegian).**:

- Fluency or an average level in French is an asset.
