Luxinnovation, Luxembourg’s national innovation agency, is looking for an accounting intern (M/F) to join its Finance department. You will assist with daily accounting operations, supporting both Luxinnovation’s general accounting and the bookkeeping of the Luxembourg Space Agency (LSA).

As an intern, you will take on a hands-on role, follow established procedures using accounting tools, and assist with the administrative tasks related to accounting management.

We are offering a **full-time, 6-month internship** starting in February 2026. To be eligible, you must have student status and an internship agreement covering the entire duration of the assignment.

**MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- Support daily accounting tasks for both Luxinnovation and LSA, including invoice processing, bank statements management, account reconciliations and other accounting operations.
- Contribute to bookkeeping and help maintain accurate financial records.
- Help monitor payments, outstanding invoices and cash flow.
- Organise and manage financial and administrative documents.
- Assist in preparing annual and periodic accounts as well as management reports.
- Support audit preparation and financial reporting.

**REQUIRED ACADEMIC BACKGOUND AND SKILLS**
- You are currently enrolled in a Master’s programme or similar (Bac+5 in the French higher education system) in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
- You are fully covered by an Internship Agreement.
- You are fluent in French (spoken and written) and comfortable communicating in English (minimum B2 level).
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You have some familiarity with financial and accounting management tools (e.g., Business Central, BOB, Project Operations) and are keen to learn.
- You are curious, proactive and have strong interpersonal communication skills.
- You are a team player.
- You are conscientious, detail-oriented and committed to following procedures.
