Arendt Services offers a wide range of services, such as domiciliation, corporate secretarial and accounting services, fund services, directorship of companies, tax-compliance services and assistance in the winding-up of companies. Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting a dedicated:
**Head of Projects & Solutions (M/F)**:
Our financial services firm needs a Project Portfolio Leader to operate our tools development & delivery strategy working closely with the Head of Global Platforms & the COO. We are looking for a professional with confirmed experience in project portfolio management, strategic projects coordination and process improvement aspects. The successful applicant will serve as the main liaison between the Arendt Services’ Decision Makers, operations and IT departments of our company, leveraging the business needs while also overseeing the selection and implementation of software programs.

**Your role**:

- Coordinating the strategic orientations for tools and change management strategy
- Responsible for projects delivery and lead the team in change of projects as well as solutions maintenance
- Supervising the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders;
- Supervise business analysis for validating detailed functional specifications;
- Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team when needed;
- Ensure respect of projects governance and deliverables (planning, action log, steering committee presentations & Minutes, etc)
- Delivering functional systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, mockups, or other detailed deliverables;
- Identify and deliver service & process improvement activity
- Take ownership of initiatives from identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls;
- Complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects;
- Producing projects success measurement metrics (KPIs).

**Your profile**:

- You have at least 10 years of proven professional experience as a project leader or similar experience and you have strong experience in project management (Corporate Services or Fund Administration environment would be considered as an advantage);
- You have proven experience in change management and you know how to maximize software adoption or process improvement;
- You have experience in Alternative Investments Fund industry and Corporate Services industry
- You have a service-oriented mindset with an attention to details and strong problem-solving skills;
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
- You are fluent in English, French would be an asset.
