**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:
Your mission at Kronospan is to excel in strategic planning and operational execution. To achieve this, your daily tasks consists of:

- Developing general strategy plans, overviews, and capacity plans;
- Creating detailed plans (weekly/daily) for melamine facing, OSB, MDF, flooring, and finishing processes;
- Facilitating daily transfers of flooring and melamine core to production lines

Conducting regular stock takes, updates, and analysis;
- Managing ordering and inventory of impregnated paper stocks;
- Analyzing consumption patterns, planning, and controlling stocks efficiently;
- Generating and maintaining purchase orders for reference;
- Handling call-offs, preparing monthly reports, and general administrative tasks;
- Undertaking any reasonable duties as required;
- Meeting or exceeding specific performance objectives established under the Kronospan performance appraisal process.

- Ability to analyze data, consumption patterns, and stock levels to make informed decisions and optimize processes;
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, creating plans, and coordinating activities to ensure efficient operations;
- Capability to conduct accurate stock takes, update records, and maintain precise documentation;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for liaising with internal sales, production teams, and external stakeholders;
- Aptitude to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements;
- Capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in using software for data analysis, stock management, and generating reports;
- Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to achieving team objectives.
