Paperjam Studio recherche un(e) **Deputy Head of Studio (M/F/x)**pour co-piloter ses activités et ses talents, et renforcer son leadership créatif et opérationnel.

**Votre mission**

En tant qu’adjoint(e) du Head of Studio, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le pilotage stratégique et opérationnel du studio. Vous contribuez activement à la dynamique créative, au développement de contenus visuels innovants et à l’atteinte des objectifs financiers et qualitatifs, pour le compte de clients internes et externes exigeants.

**Vos responsabilités**
- Participer à la gestion quotidienne du Paperjam studio composé de 22 talents : photographes, vidéastes, graphic designers, storytellers et directeur artistique.
- Encadrer, inspirer et faire grandir les équipes, en accompagnant chaque collaborateur dans sa progression professionnelle et la réalisation de ses objectifs.
- Optimiser les ressources et les processus de production (IA, sous-traitance, outils collaboratifs), tout en respectant les délais et les budgets impartis.
- Garantir la qualité des livrables et la satisfaction client, mesurée notamment via le Net Promoter Score.
- Contribuer à la visibilité et à l’engagement de Paperjam Next sur les réseaux sociaux, en valorisant nos réalisations.
- Prendre des décisions opérationnelles avec agilité et proactivité pour assurer le bon déroulement des projets en production.

**Profil recherché**
- Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) dans la gestion d’équipes créatives, idéalement en agence ou au sein d’un média, avec une connaissance approfondie des environnements digitaux et print.
- Leadership naturel, excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à fédérer des profils créatifs autour d’une vision commune
- Capacité à organiser, structurer et centraliser les informations pour assurer une coordination fluide entre les équipes et les projets.
- Solide maîtrise de la gestion budgétaire, du développement des talents et des principaux outils de création (graphisme, photo, vidéo, UX/UI).
- Sens de l’innovation, rigueur et autonomie sont des qualités essentielles pour ce poste.
