**What will you do ?**:
- ** Requirements Gathering**: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, needs, and challenges. Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to elicit and document functional and technical requirements.
- ** Solution Design and Documentation**: Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, use cases, and user stories. Document functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and data models.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of IT solutions.
- ** Knowledge in methodology **(Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean..) or are used to work on change activities with matrixial teams using Agile or V approaches. Knowledge in project management methodology (PMI, SCRUM, Prince2,)
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**: Support the testing team by reviewing test cases, conducting functional testing, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the implemented solutions meet the business requirements.
**Qualifications**:
**Who are you ?**:
- Knowledge of banking or insurance sector (life or non-life) is required
- Strong SQL proficiency for interacting with databases, executing queries, and performing data manipulation and analysis.
- Certifications: ECBA, CCBA, CBAP is a plus
- Agile certification: PSPO
- Fluent in French and English.
- Have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience with Business Analyst.
- Hold a degree in computer science (apprenticeship is a plus)
