The Chief Digitalization Office (CDO) team responsible for promoting digital transformation initiatives across industrial processes in Flat Europe is looking for a **Digital Industrial Analyst VIE**. You will closely with the CDO team on pioneering industrial digitalization initiatives and contribute to projects that enhance our operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

As part of our Digital strategy, we in the Flat Europe CDO office define, promote and strategically support the digital roadmap and sometimes select or codevelop the necessary digital & IT tools enabling the analysis and implementation of the “Factory of the Future” within ArcelorMittal Flat Europe.

This work is carried out within a multicultural and international team with a small central team to which you will belong and with a big ecosystem of digital and IT/OT experts across Europe (Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, Poland).

**Your missions**:
We are looking to reinforce with right expertise or mindset to learn and to support this strategy:

- Supporting the AM Flat Europe data driven approach and reporting area for the industrial scope ‘operations& maintenance’
- Identify digital roadmap to support different strategy, via contact with FE CTO & clusters & experts and via digital technology watch.
- Execute and support Flat Europe central digital projects, willing to take a lead role (possibly Track & trace assets)
- Promote and market digital solutions, digital pilots and supporting this with a change management activity.
- Promoting the right digital tools, best practices across the full scope, supporting best practicesSupport the FE CDO team coordinator for orientation of major stepwise implementations such as Digital data Platform, Centralised cockpit,

**Your profile**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
- Technical oriented Master’s Degree in Digital, Computer Science, Information Management Automation Technology or engineering and showing high drive for digital solutions
- Proficient on Microsoft world and tools 365,
- High interest or experience in AI ,data processing, Databases &
- lake and PowerBI
- Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of project management related to Digital Transformation is a plus
- Ability to understand and adapt to a complex and rapidly changing environment
- Eager to learn and promote new technologies always focused on the business value it brings
- Team spirit, ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
- Play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of our industrial operations.
