**About the Role**

As Senior Tax Officer, you will deliver tax advisory and tax compliance services to our customers clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organizing and analyzing clients’ financial information
- Taking advantage of opportunities to minimize tax liability through deductions
- Advising clients about tax liabilities and other tax-related matters
- Establishing and updating client records
- Keeping abreast of current IRS and state and local tax rules and regulations and ensuring full compliance
- Assisting with audits by gathering financial information and meeting with auditors as needed
- You will also be directly involved in complex Private Equity, Venture Capital and Real Estate transactions for our affiliated AIFM entity.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- **3-5 years of experience in a tax department of Big4 firm or equivalent
- Strong knowledge and practice of Luxembourg tax law
- Strong knowledge and practice of international tax issues i.e. DAC 6, BEPS, ATAD, CRS
- English & French fluent. Any other language is an asset.
- Excellent communicator, initiatives taking as well as strongly ambitious
- Strong analytical skills i.e. ability to address several interconnected issues and deliver a suitable solution for our clients
- Team player
