Your Responsibilities | Senior Legal Officer - Fiduciary - Legal - Corporate

As Senior Legal Officer, you will be in charge of managing a client portfolio on your own from incorporation to the liquidation of these varying entities (SOPARFI/Holdings, SCSPs, Commercial Companies, etc.).

Part of your responsibilities will include drafting and analyzing the legal documentation cascading from the business operations of your clients.

You will be the main contact person for the firm’s clients, which entails coordinating communications between accounting teams, but also external stakeholders involved in your client’s value creation chain (e.g.: lawyers, auditors, banks etc.).

Profile and Career Path | Senior Legal Officer - Fiduciary - Legal - Corporate

You possess at least three years of experience in Luxembourg. Your previous function as a Senior Corporate/Legal Officer, within a Fiduciary, PFS, or similar has granted you the required self-sufficiency for the administration of a client portfolio.

You are fluent in French and English and possess professional proficiency in writing and orally. Any additional languages are considered an advantage (e.g.: Luxembourgish, Spanish, German, Italian).

If your experience entails moderate exposure to accounting, that would be very advantageous.

Your open-mindedness allows you to think creatively while problem-solving and your collaborative spirit allows you to evolve within a team.

By integrating this structure as Senior Legal Manager, you will be offered an attractive compensation package including a fixed salary that could reach up to 60 000€ gross annually.
