Le Centre Hospitalier du Nord est un hôpital aigu sur 2 sites. Il dispose de 357 lits de soins dont 16 lits de soins intensifs et de 30 lits de rééducation gériatrique, de 30 emplacements en hôpital du jour, emploie plus de 1100 salariés et a agréé 180 médecins. Il est l'un des employeurs les plus importants du Nord du Pays.

Notre service informatique, ce sont une vingtaine de personnes bien formées et motivées qui travaillent à l'amélioration continue de nos outils informatiques et, par voie de conséquence, à l'amélioration des conditions de travail de nos soignants et des soins apportés à nos patients.

Tâches

Participer à l'élaboration et à la revue de politiques et procédures de sécurité;
Recommander et mettre en place des solutions de sécurité adaptées;
Proposer des améliorations aux solutions existantes pour perfectionner la sécurité globale des systèmes d'information de l'hôpital;
Assurer une veille technologique et suivre les annonces relatives à des failles/menaces de sécurité (journaux, internet etc.);
Collaborer activement avec le Plateau des systèmes d'information et le DPO;
Participer au développement et au perfectionnement du système de surveillance et de détection d'événements de sécurité (CSOC);
Participer aux investigations relatives à des incidents de sécurité et assurer le suivi;
Participer et coordonner l'exécution d'analyse de vulnérabilité, de tests d'intrusion et d'audits de sécurité;
Participer au processus de gestion des risques cyber sécurité de l'hôpital;
Participer à la sensibilisation des collaborateurs de l'hôpital;
Rédiger des politiques et des processus pour standardiser les pratiques.

Compétences techniques

Connaissances des systèmes d'exploitation Windows et Linux;
Connaissances des technologies et protocoles réseaux;
Connaissance d'un langage de scripting (PowerShell, Python...) ;
Connaissance d'une ou plusieurs méthodologies d'analyse de risque (ISO27005 - NIST - EBIOS...) ;
Connaissances des normes ISO 27K.

Profil requis

Titulaire au minimum d'un BAC+2 ;
Parfaite maîtrise du français ou de l'allemand et connaissance de l'anglais.

**Atouts**:
Une expérience précédente en tant que SecOps ou Information Security Officer;
Des certifications liées à la cyber sécurité (Giacs - ISC2 - ISO 27K...).
