FE fundinfo is a global leader in investment fund data and technology and we are currently recruiting for a Regulatory Manager to join our team in Luxembourg (hybrid working).

As a Regulatory Manager, you are tasked with driving the offerings the company has as a result of new or existing regulations. You will hold a fundamental position with key influence to have business impact, working with a variety of stakeholders at various levels of seniority.

**Your key responsibilities as a Regulatory Manager will include to**:

- Monitor output from legislators and regulators for relevant regulatory changes as well as read, digest and summarise regulations and put into industry contexts
- Work with Strategy, Product, Sales and Data teams on commercial opportunities, prioritising resources and delivering solutions
- Cover regulatory horizon scanning for all core countries in which FEFI operates
- Interpret regulatory documents, pick out areas of particular relevance to all channels within FEFI and understand their implications on its clients and its product offerings, including potential new offerings
- Search out relevant references in regulations, guidance, Q&As, etc, to define and support the house view (and know where gaps may exist) and respond to ad hoc questions
- Represent FEFI as regulatory knowledge centre at industry working groups with trade bodies, regulators, etc
- Provide feedback to industry initiatives, consultation papers and lobbying work on behalf of FEFI and our customers
- Attend client meetings as regulatory SME
- Work with Marketing/PR team on blogs, white papers, press articles, thought leadership pieces, media relationships, social media, e.g. LinkedIn
- Present at FEfi and third-party conferences, webinars, round tables
- Liaison with external agencies e.g. TISA, IA, FinDatEx and regulators

**To join us as a Regulatory Manager, you will need the following skills and experience**:

- You must have solid experience in operations or compliance within the fund industry
- You must have client facing experience with the ability to quickly build rapport
- You must have an understanding of the financial industry (from product manufacturing to distribution) with a focus on asset management and how asset managers are connected with distributors and financial advisers
- You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to summarise and translate regulatory changes to stakeholders
- You must be a self starter, and prepared to hunt for relevant regulatory updates from various sources
- You will ideally have experience working within an asset manager, distributor or financial adviser
