**JUNIOR ASSOCIATE - TRANSACTIONS SERVICES **Luxembourg**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Join our client - one of the 10 top global investment companies as a Junior Transaction Associate in one of their Alternative Investment Fund teams.

We are looking for people with experience working on SPVs with 360-degree view on tax, legal aspect, AML/KYC, capital events, investment approval process and LPA + PPM.

As this team is vital to the firms’ operations, you will have exposure to many facets of Alternative Investments and will grow with the role and gain fantastic experience to contribute to your career progression.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the team in day-to-day activities (audit, payment instructions, compliance and regulatory matters, assistance in KYC matters).
- Collaborate with services providers, other teams within Fund Operations and throughout the organization.
- Participate in quarterly board meetings.
- Support deal execution during signing and closing phase.

**PROFILE**:

- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience (audit, PM, transactions, legal, compliance).
- Flexible, dynamic, well-organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Degree educated.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
