Bpo Director Southern Europe

Our Business Process Outsourcing department delivers customer specific services (on site or virtually) as well as Managed Payroll services for our clients. These services include: HR data administration, additional payroll services, time registration, completion of specific documents, employee helpdesk, etc.

As BPO director for Southern Europe you will be responsible for the HR BPO-services we deliver to our customers in Luxemburg, France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal: At a high level, these responsibilities include:

- define the go-to-market BPO plan for Southern Europe, taking into account the specifics and potential of each market and the long-term strategy of SD Worx
- agree our service catalog & pricing model
- build a team of on-site & virtual specialists in each market
- align customer needs to delivery capacity
- budget, forecast and own the P&L for your department

You will report to our Operations director for Southern Europe.

**Your tasks**:

- Supervise, motivate, and support the BPO teams as a people coach
- develop and maintain a strong relationship of trust with our customers by showing your commitment and passion about the world-class services we provide
- connect with the entire SD Worx organization so that your team (s) provide our clients with a total end-to-end solution
- be able to approach higher-level problems analytically and find solutions
- ensure a balance between service and budget/P&L.
- optimize the operation of your team; review processes and procedures, improving efficiency by optimizing the use of the local staff and our competence centers
- create a strong image of SD Worx as a leader in HR solutions through your market presence
- be aware of HR themes and trends at a tactical and strategic level and monitor new developments.

**Your Profile**:
- at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
- experience in payroll processing and service delivery
- proven experience in planning of on-site consultants.
- good people management and coaching skills
- strong communication skills and excellent negotiation skills
- strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
- an entrepreneurial mindset
- demonstrate impact, able to win trust quickly and have a distinct customer-oriented attitude
- Fluent in French and English, Italian and/or Spanish is a plus
- flexible and willing to travel
