**Your missions**

As a manager, you will carry out the daily tasks and responsabilities of the customer's department for depositary services.

**This position is a great opportunity to**:

- Contribute to the ongoing relationships with the customers for a small but growing portfolio of depositary clients to ensure that a very high level of professionalism service are delivered
- Review the tasks and output delivered by a small team of direct and indirect reports to ensure that all relevant operating procedures, policies and professional guidelines have been followed with care and caution
- Assist the manager, provide support and cover in his/her absence, assist in management of day to day operations,
- Ensuring that the team iseffectively supervised, coached, directed, engaged and encouraged through their daily work and longer-term ambitions
- Support the monitoring of the overall performance of the team
- Develop regular client reporting on the work that is taking place, including the activities, findings imorvement items (if any) and conclusions

**Your Ideal Profile**:

- Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- 5+years’ fund accountancy or administration experience
- Experience of managing client relationships
- Experience in delegation and performance management of more junior staff is also essential
- An appetite to interpret domestic and EU regulations and legislation is desirable
- Fluent in English (French or German would be considered as an asset)
- Sound technical knowledge on the depositary aspects
- An eye for detail and a priactive and solutions driven approach.
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
- Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
- Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
