LuxScan Technologies is a world-wide leader in the design, development and installation of industrial scanners for automation in the timber industry. Our company, based in Luxembourg, is part of the WEINIG group. WEINIG is a German company, producing machines and systems for solid wood and panels production.

LuxScan is looking for a talented, skilled and motivated **Production Coordinator.**

**Missions**:
Assist the Production Manager in his daily tasks and ensure production capabilities within the production teams.

Assist the Production team in order to ensure that the production targets are met.

**Tasks**:

- Coordinating and reporting day-to-day activities with the Production Manager
- Managing stock towards the smooth running of the production process
- Assistance to the team on different aspect like Purchasing / Spare parts business / Logistics
- Ensuring that the quality and company standards are met
- Ensuring that all safety and health procedures are followed at all times
- Overall company support
- Working on strategic projects and their successful implementation
- Implement new strategy

**Competencies**:

- Fluent in French and English
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage...) - SQL knowledge would be considered as a plus
- Good command of MS Office
- Technical Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components
- Ability to work independently under the Production Manager, and as part of a Production team
- Eager to learn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Profil**:

- Master’s degree or Engineer Degree or Equivalent
- Experience: 2 to 3 years within an industrial company preferred.
