**About us**

We design and build software-flexible satellites. EnduroSat is on a mission to transform the complex satellite industry into a streamlined data service, enabling instant access and transactions with space data on the cloud from hundreds of sensors in orbit. All made possible by unique satellite technology and our experienced engineering team. We are searching for more superhumans to join us in our mission to democratize access to space.

**What is the role?**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive person to oversee our local activities and office in Luxembourg. The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all operational aspects on site, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and logistics coordination. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

- ** Office Governance**:

- Manage the daily operations of the office, including but not limited to office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
- Oversee office budget and expenses, and identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.
- ** Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments and teams as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences, including logístical arrangements and catering.
- ** Human Resources Support**:

- Collaborate with the HR department to facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing workstation setups and necessary documentation.
- Maintain employee records and assist in HR-related administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
- ** Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing communications appropriately and ensuring timely responses.
- Liaise with other departments and external vendors to coordinate office services and support.

**What do we look for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Space Science or Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, making data-driven decisions, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of HR procedures and a basic understanding of employment laws and regulations is desirable.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
- Understanding the importance of last-mile delivery
