Key Purpose:
Ensure that all goods, delivered to customers, are invoiced on time and correctly. Solve all invoice disputes in order to timely and efficiently remove all obstacles to payment.

Manage all types of disputes (price, quality, penalties & others)

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer credit blocking/unblocking : Blocking and unblocking of customers from order entry due to an exceeded credit limit/exposure
- Invoice dispute management : Managing disputes with the customers on e.g. price, quantity or penalties
- Penalty management : Interfacing with customers on penalties charged due to late delivery or non-delivery of goods
- Reporting & improvement actions : Perform root cause analyses and report into an action orientated format. Organise follow-up meetings with involved departments to discuss the results and define action plans for improvement

Key Result Areas:

- Correct CN
- % recuperation of non-agreed deducted disputes
- Correct invoicing & % of automation
- On-time management of disputes

Technical Competencies & Qualifications:

- MS-Office: good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook,
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Languages: Very good knowledge of _‘depending on the customers to serve’_. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of accounting and legal principles on invoicing is a plus
