**We're looking for a talented professional to work on cutting-edge projects, implementing, migrating, and optimizing Microsoft 365 cloud-based solutions within our organization.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Enhance the** M365** tenant setup and provide **guidance for improvements**.
- Deliver top-notch **operational solutions** on the Microsoft 365 platform, including content migrations.
- **Design** and **architec**t the** M365 platform**, implementing enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions, such as SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and security workloads.
- Be a **vital part of projects related to the M365 platform**, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing contingency plans as needed.
- Create** detailed technical documentation**, ensuring effective knowledge sharing within the team.
- Contribute to** future strategies** for Microsoft 365 products and services, including** Power Platform** and **security workloads**.
- Operationalize the **365 support model**, ensuring smooth services, incident handling, and updates.
- Collaborate with the M365 program team to execute successful end-user communication and migration setup.

**PROFILE**:

- Minimum** 7 years of relevant professional experience**:

- Your are fluent in **English**:

- **Deep technical expertise in Office suite**, M365 mobile apps, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, Active Directory, AAD Connect, ADFS, Entra ID, Power Apps, Automate, Planner, and M365 security tools.
- Proven **experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure** using M365 services.
- Strong understanding of** governance tools** and **principles,** including Conditional Access Policy, RBAC, and Administrative Units.
- Passion for **cloud computing concepts** and principles, with a focus on Microsoft 365.
- Preferred Microsoft M365 certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
