We are looking for a **Supply Chain Assistant **to join our team of 3 in the strategic planning department. You will be responsible for gathering the relevant data to produce forecasts and plans for the receipt and dispatch of goods.

**Your responsabilities**:

- **
Contribute to the local supply chain**, particularly in the proper use of the existing APS;
- **Manage data and inventory**;
- **Monitor the flows** between the various stakeholders** in the upstream and downstream supply chain**;
- Act as a **point of contact** for supply chain issues across all departments;
- Participate in the preparation of stock, forecast and capacity meetings;
- **Suggest improvements **to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs;
- **Prepare reports**.

**Your profile**:

- **
Bachelor's degree in supply chain** management, **logistics**, or a related field;
- A minimum of **2 years** of **relevant experience** in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment;
- **Fluency in English is mandatory**, with additional languages such German or French are more than welcomed;
- **Confirmed experience with SAP**;
- Knowledge of MS Office and **ERP tools**;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the **ability to build strong relationships** with internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently;
- **Flexible, dynamic, and responsible**.
