Pour notre département _Treasury_** **au sein de **General Services**, nous recherchons un(e):
**_Credit Control Analyst (M/F)_**

**_Missions :_**
- Générer et traiter les ordres de paiement, remboursement et encaissement selon les procédures en vigueur.
- Journaliser les paiements et apurer les factures et notes de crédits correspondantes.
- Préparer et contrôler la situation des comptes clients. Envoyer des lettres de rappel aux clients en retard de paiement et effectuer le suivi selon les procédures en vigueur.
- Etre l’interlocuteur privilégié des dossiers litigieux et des procédures de recouvrement.
- Préparer l’analyse des risques concernant les demandes de crédit des clients selon procédure en vigueur.
- Gérer les ouvertures et modifications de comptes clients et fournisseurs dans le système finances.
- Mener diverses analyses des processus et outils du département et proposer des améliorations.
- Apurer le paiement des factures d’entrée et des transferts selon procédures en vigueur.
- Effectuer diverses tâches administratives en fonction des besoins du département.

**_Profil requis:_**

**_Critères mínimaux requis pour le poste_**
- Etre détenteur d’un diplôme d’études secondaires (Bac + 3) en comptabilité ou équivalent (gestion, trésorerie, etc.).
- Maîtriser les outils bureautiques courants.
- Etre capable d’effectuer les tâches dans les délais requis.
- Avoir une affinité pour les chiffres.
- Avoir un bon esprit de synthèse et une bonne capacité d’analyse.
- Etre organisé, rigoureux, précis et ordonné.
- Maîtriser le français, l’anglais et/ou l’allemand (parlé & écrit).

**_ Critères souhaités ou à acquérir_**
- Maîtriser les programmes spécifiques du département.
- Le cas échéant, développer la connaissance de la langue allemande.
- Posséder de bonnes capacités de communication et être orienté clients.

**_ Candidat idéal_**
- Avoir une expérience similaire antérieure.
- La connaissance du luxembourgeois et de toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout.
